The Board of Bar Examiners, established in 1913, acts for the Supreme Court in evaluating an applicant’s qualifications to practice law in Oregon. Board activities in determining an applicant’s qualifications for admission to the Bar include preparation, grading and evaluation of a bar examination; and investigation and evaluation of the character and fitness of each applicant.
